BAREFOOT IN THE PARK By Neil Simon
Director: Robin L. Overbey
A lawyer and his young bride move into a high rent apartment. But the difficulty is, one has to climb six wheezing flights of stairs. And the apartment is absolutely bare of furniture, the paint job came out all wrong, the skylight leaks, there isn't room for a double bed, and an outlandish gourmet who lives in a loft on the roof uses it and the window ledge as the only access to his padlocked premises. The situation is enough to break the heart and burst the lungs of any stylish young lawyer.
OTP welcomes four newcomers to the production: Christina Hauger of Princeton will play Corie Bratter; Zane Grogan of Vincennes will play Paul Bratter; Tom Burns of Vincennes will play the Delivery Man, and Jake Harper of Vincennes will serve as the as assistant director. The cast also features OTP veteran performers Janet Day, Vincennes, as Mrs. Banks; Terry L. Garner, Bruceville, as the Telephone Man; and Steve Gray, Vincennes, as Victor Velasco.
